Default Ghettodyne VS Uberteg.......

Ok heres my dilema, At first i was doing an afc hack.. on my 91 crx si.. D16z6.. i wanted to wire to obd1 so i went and purchased the following:
Apexi Vafc = 300
450 cc dsm = 50
obd0 to obd1 harness = 150
obd1 to obd0 dizzy harness = 25
thats $525 dollars....

I realized... its a waist.. so i sold the V-AFC for same price.. i am up 300 now...

Here is my deal.. Should i take the 300.. get a p28 for 100 shipped and pay uberteg 200 for his software then dish out an extra 105 for the eeprom buner and software.

or...

Get my pm6 Zif Socketed.. buy the eeprom burner and software for 105 total then buy a msd rpm activated switch for 90 with pills. Total spent about 210.. and use ghettodyne 2.2..

i still have the harness and dizzy i can sell for like 250 or so plus the other 90 from the vafc and spend it on something else for the car...

Which works better? Should i try ghettodyne if i dont like try uberteg? or just shoot straight for uberteg?

Anyone with experiences with either please post.. i have a Z6 engine and i will be running a ihi at 8psi.. nothing major i just want a smooth ride and somewhat reliable setup.

all depends on what you have. LIke.. what ecu are you running, the obd0 or obd1. Then just get the matching software

The vtec ecu would be the best to use because the pm6 doesnot have a vtec function and the additional fuel that the vtec can use.

my .02

Here is my hang up with Blake's sfotware..

It's ugly. :-/ Very hard to see. Mike's GUI is better.

As far as functionality, rumor (yes rumor) has it that Mike's ROM has jerk transitioning through VAC (20, 10 and 0 in HG..) ..so..

Try highlighting a large section (or custom shaped section) of the fuel (or ignition) map in Ghettodyne, right clicking, and adding 3% more fuel. Ghettodyne can't do that (yet - Mike is very busy, I imagine he'd love to do that and a million other things he has planned). Bitch bitch bitch, moan moan moan, my ----- hurts.

Both are great programs, I use them both with a distinct feeling of satisfaction.
