Turboedit

Free program. Just have to get someone to burn you the chip and chip your ecu.

Most effective and cheapest one you can get.

But once you install the chip do you have to have a Labtop to tune it? I really need something for fuel management but once someone burns the chip is that it?

Take it to a dyno or find someone that is local who has a wideband and a chip burner and knows how to use the program.

For instance...I'm in NJ and I offering wideband street tuning to locals near me.

So you can turbo tune a car without a dyno? Is that really all you need is a wideband O2 sensor and a laptop?
