Default Getting required .DLL missing on Turbo Edit

After I downloaded and installed TurboEdit, when trying to open TurboEdit I get "A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found".

I've done a search on that file, download and install it, but no change....

Help.......

Your computer doesn't have the required files. Microsoft released a bundle to help you. Install that, and run it again..
