Experience needed
Aright, i've widdled down to two ways i can tune my obd2 ecu, the Greddy eManage unit or the A'PEXi S-AFC 2. i'm leaning towards the apexi but i want to hear from people who've had experience with them and what pitfalls to avoid, which one is better etc. i've tried finding reviews that compare them but so far no luck, but i have found more complaints about the greddy than the apexi thats why i'm leaning towards that.
anyone whose used either of these systems, please help. its not the install i'm worried about, its the actual tuning, cuz i'm basically in the dark on that. thanks

Re:Experience needed
with my auto tranny it wont work because the tranny control is not internal or something. idk there was a complication with it, posted in a dif thread i asked.
and i know uberdata would be better, but its not an option anymore.
thanks for answering my question btw...

OBD2 cars hate running those hack type devices like a VAFC and SAFC, There is something with the OBD2 ecu where it will learn and eventually over-ride the settings so you have to periodicly reset the ecu. I tried to install the HKS unit which does basicly the same thing as SAFC, we were trying to run 450cc injectors but the car would just not run right, the throttle response was all off, it was a total mess.
If you are sure you have covered all bases and you are sure about the emange or apexi, I'd say go with the emanage since it appears to have more features. Make sure you look into this a bit further since I know there are some other options out there.

if i can convert i'm def uberdata'ing it but i was told i cant convert the auto cuz of the tranny issue.
btw before anyone asks, 97 accord lx f22b2
