what is the eprom kind which i can use in the p28
?
what i mean any eprom have 18 pin can be used ?

any 28 pin eprom that can store 32k worth of data (that you can burn with whatever burner you have)

as long as you can burn 32k of data to the proper spot on the chip (like when using an SST512 chip)

also look at chip speed of around 70-90 ns and if you want to burn more than once, make sure the chip is MTP (many time programmable) and not OTP (one time programmable)

the no. 32 , 64,128, 256,512 is this siz or speed ? and what is the recomended for the p28 and p30 ?

The chips on my site are the most commonly used.

AT29C256 (discontinued, wont have much longer)
SST27SF512 (much more cost affective alternative to the AT29C)
