Default EFI PMS questions

I know you guys are about doing it yourself and I was going to do the same thing. Till I found out that a chipped OBDI ECU in a OBDII car will not pass emissions here. So im looking for other alternatives. I was told by a local speedshop here that the best things to use for a OBDII car in order of price would be the AFC Hack, the Greddy e-Manage, or the EFI PMS. Now I know what I need about the others, but I have never heard of the EFI PMS. So im looking to see if anyone here has any expience with one. Did you like it? Were there any problems? Was tuning easy? Thanks for any info you can provide.

The EFI PMS is a feature rich piggy back system. I believe you can alter fuel and spark making it better than an air fuel controller.

Its a good system but pretty pricey if i remember correctly...the new goes for close to a grand with their datalogging software.

On there site it say 899(yea close to 1000). When I was talking to that speedshop they told me they could get it for 800. Well I decided to email EFI and ask them some questions. They replyed and told me that they have a newer Honda version coming out soon, and that there looking to get around 800 for it. So...I guess ill be waiting to see what thats all about.
