Default ECU question

I have a chipped/socketed p28 with an extra chip. i got this from my firend after he killed his tuboz6 hatch. I am wondering if it will work for my hatch. i have a 93 vx hatch which i am putting a b16a2 in. The swap i got from another friend of mine. It came with a p72 which i am noteven sure if thats the right ecu for the swap. I am just wondering if i can use the p28 on the b16 or if i have to use the p72 or something else. The p28 right now is tuned for 12 psi on a z6 with 440 injectors. i know i would need to retune it back to stock pretty much since i am not adding my turbo to the b16 right away (still missing a few parts yet). Anyway if anyone can clear this up that would be great. im sure i will have more questions when i put the swap in next weekend. Untill then i am just trying to figure this out.

Yes the P28 will work. Load a P30 map on it, disable knock if the P30 has that and away you go. The P72 is for a GSR.

Get the Moates burner. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but the best deal out there.

The chips can most likely be burned multiple times, so the extra chip is not a factor.

You can get the maps from xenocrons depository, pgmfi.org and other places like that.

You want the Burn 1 burner. The Ostrich is an emulator.
