Default ecu info***update***XENOCRON CHECK IN!!!!

im getting a pr5 ecu from nicko360 and i cant find crap for info on it. i know where it comes from and what not. what i want to know is what the redline is on this thing. as lond as its higher than the 6200 im at now the better. i can run these long *** gears out a bit more.

***UPDATE AS FOLLOWS***
well i was able to turn it into a manual ecu by following the pm7 auto to manual guide.

xenocron it did work. runs like a champ. and i love the 6800 rpm rev limiter.

im not sure, i do know that the ecu was inside of a 90 crx si that was wrecked in the rear. i pulled the entire motor/trans assembly with the ecu do to a mpfi swap on my current hatch. it could very well so be a 88-89 ecu.

***confirmed***
its an 88 ecu. crap

Honda Civic 88-91 MPFI (Multi Point Fuel Injection)

* The 88-89 MPFI ECUs (PM6-A080, is one example of the ECU code from these computers) for all intensive purposes are NOT chippable ECUs...they can however be equipped with a daughterboard that allows them to use a chip
* The 90-91 MPFI ECUs (PM6-A09, PS9-A09….examples) are equipped from the factory with a soldered in Eprom chip, that can be desoldered and removed and replaced with an eprom socket. From here these ECUs can be easily tuned with the proper equipment. Because these are already MPFI from the factory, these vehicle can easily run an OBD1 ECU with an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU Conversion Harness making it even more versatile.

Straight from Chris's site your code seems similar to the 88-89 example...but he would know better, weird that you got it out of a 90 CRX Si...guess it could have been swapped!?
