Default ECU Identification

Well I suggest that we put up know ecu's and what they came in , their name, and what they can be used in. I would like a sticky for this. It's two confusing and it takes to long to get answers from people. I think this would make this simple. Thanks guys.

P28- 92-95 Civic Ex with VTEC Use for OBD0 to Obd1 conversions
or OBD2 to OBD1 conversions. Use UberData for tuning.
Can Datalog

PO5- 92-95 Civic Cx NO VTEC Never use this ecu unless you want great fuel milage. I have chipped one and it doesn't work. Use nothing for tuning. Throw away.
this is why I made this thread.

PR4- Not sure But I think that it came out of an 89-90 Integra. Use for stock CRX or Integra. Use Turboedit or Chrome for tuning. Let me know on this one. Can datalog.

PM6- 90-91 CRX Si or Civic Si. Tune with Turboedit or Chrome. Can Datalog

Post up more of your own. These are the ones I know of. Thanks Guys and Gals.

If it is clear and concise then it would be a good addition to this forum, but you see so much that is just garbage and it just confuses people more than they already are.

Yep, a nice clean/clear understanding of what ecu's came out of what cars would be great.

Is my post not clear enough or must I do it over. I think I have done a good job of what I have posted so far. I have the name and what year and model it came out of and what you can use it for and what you can do to it. I think that if people post up what they know I will add it to the the bottom of my first post so it is very easy to see what you are dealing with. Hows that.

I would think that on the OBD1 you should let them know what car they came out of and if you can chip them. Another word make it so newbs know what the hell is going on.
