Default Dc to DC converter for WB

i have a wideband and it will not work at anything under 13.5 or so volts. so I'm thinking of building or buying a dc to dc converter something that will take battery voltage 12-14v and give me a constant 14v ....any body have any ideas??

Thats pretty easy to build. Its just using op amps and a capacitor. What you need:

is there something similar at radio shack?

so the gain will vary if i don't use something else to limit it?
