Cross Overpoint?

I heard the term cross over point when it is used towards a VAFC. What does this mean?

Oh, gotcha, I don't have VTEC yet so i didn't know.

Hahahah!

..side note, even though you don't have VTEC yet.. your VAFC will still switch "lo cam/hi cam".
