Hrm...I just got a code 14 today on my CL 2.3 when I fired it up with an Uber 1.7 Bin...pretty sure mine has something to do with the 2-wire/3-wire IACV thingy.

My idle is crap :-\

Yeah...stock all the way. I really just bought the conversion harness to test OBD1 ECUs when I chip them.

Figured I'd try and see if I can whip a NA tune for my F23 while I had a day off from work...all sorts of issues though :(

10watt 10ohm resistor to the rescue, put one in the plug and reset the ecu, when it's cold it will suck, but when it's warm it will be nice. a friend of mine has a fucked up idle and a no codes, sucks to be him.

i believe he's talking about unplugging the iacv and putting it between the two wires to complete the circuit. if you're gonna do that, you may as well take the iacv off, cover the aread with a piece of duct tape, poke small holes in it where the holes are, then put the iacv back on, it will stuff function somewhat for cold start ups.
