Default chipping a p07

ok i just got done putting the turbo on the car. I was going to go with the FMU and check valve route but decided a few days ago to go with uberdata. I got all my chipping stuff today thinking i had a p06 Ecu. After i pulled the Ecu out of the car I discovered it is a p07. By the way the car is a 92 vx hb. Now the question i have is, there is no r54, c51, or c52. I dont really need to put the resistor or disks on just the j1 jumper and chips right. What dos the r54 do, and the c51, c52 are to reduce noise right.
