ok, so im running a chipped p05 (cx ecu) on my vx, it was fine until i did a wire tuck and removed the egr riser soleniod from the firewall and blocked off the egr valve, now im getting a code 12 which is the egr riser solenoid. my question is how the hell is a chipped ecu off a car that doesnt even have an egr system throwing a code for an egr soleniod im running open loop by the way, no o2 at all. its just getting annoying seeing the CEL illuminate once the car hits full operating temp.. now i have tried just plugging the soleniod back in and it still throws a code, but no matter what still dont understand how its seeing a problem w/ the egr system. is there anything i can do
