chip burning

hey i was woundering is there any ecu programs out there that do not need to be reburned after everytime you tune i have heard good things about hondata and crome pro but i dont fully understand the whole process of gettin crome pro and i have looked for ti and cant find really anything about it please help and yes im new to ecu chipping thank you
