sounds like the flywheel wasnt stepped for the new clutch/pressure plate, which is required when doing the job on a DSM. POS's no doubt.

nah, its not shimmed, search any DSM site for flywheel stepping and you will find your answer, its explained daily.

Honda flywheels are stepped also, nothing ------- new.
