its adjustable... so If I had the light on 16deg, then it would flash at 0 right? and if I had it at 0 on the light it would flash at the 16 on the pulley... I wish it was doing that lol..

The mechanical timing is perfect, the cam gears point straight up and the inside of them have a mark on each one and they match up when the "0" on the fluidampner is at the mark on the plastic.

i dont know how they would be? they are adjusted perfectly to zero.. .. but its a possibility

 

Compare the 0* marks with some stockers, it seriously sounds like your mech timing is off.
