can't get chip burner to work
I bought a tuner packege from ------------- and I can't figure out how to work the program to burn a chip. I have my basemap made but I am not very good with computers at all so I can't figure this ---- out. The burner is a willem. If there is someone locally that could help me out that would be grate. I live in the kansas city area.
