hi, i want to buy a ecu chipped so i dont find anyone that sell ecus chipped p30 so, can i to put a p28 chipped on my EG6 B16a2 that it has p30 JDM? a friend did says that the p28 hasnt the same connectors that my p30...

so ,what ecu chipped can i to put on mi SiR-II? cuz i want to use uberdata..

your asking if you can us p28 with your b16 that came with a p30 ? am i correct ? if so yes you can, it just needs to be tuned for your engine. as far as the plugs go they are the same because p30 and p28 are both OBD1

 

yes , youre correct.. . ok , the ecu that i'll buy is by xenocron that he did says me the ecus come with base map, so , at first i would connect in because right now i have my SiR-II all stock, right?

 

i did send a mail to Phereable.net and he answers me this:

It should work just fine, you may simply need to bypass vtec oil pressure switch by:
Misc wiring notes: To wire vtec with out a vtec oil pressure sensor, piggyback the vtec oil pressure signal wire off of the vtec signal wire at the ecu.

just get a xenocron chipped ecu, you will be fine.

 

 

i know brother but i think that i will buy the other month cuz i have a problem with front bumper (i did put some pic about it ) and i want to mend it .. i'm sorry xenocron (really i wish to buy a ecu chipped for my SiR but i think that i will can't to do it right now.

 

when u put the p28 in u can make some cash by selling your p30 and your knock sensor
