buying tuning software, need advice
neptune, crome or ectune pro?
i want to be able to tune both my cars...
im not gonna take it and tune everyone's car. i just want to tune my own ---- without having to pay for a license on each car...
im reading, about ectune, and i dont want to permanently install the emulator cause then i'd have to have the laptop in the car the whole time? i just want to use that while tuning.

Which emulator are you talking about? Ostrish? There are batteries in the box so you don't need a laptop all the time. You only need it when you tune. If it's your own car, just take the free version of crome...
ectune and crome pro are more complete tho...

Yeah true dat Chris. I use crome all the time I like it,,,,,,,,But if I were to have a full out race car infront of me I'd use ectune on it. Ive never had a problem with crome but ectune seems nicer and has a working boost controller and way more options you would be able to use keep a race engine together,

basic hmt turbo kit. not going to go over 10lbs on this one. ef chassis with a d16a6 with a jumper harness so i can run the chipped po6. t3/t4.
totally not a race car. i wanted to get opinions of experienced people. I'm thinking basic crome will work... but i think i'd be happier with the pro crome in the long run.
i think ectune is beyond my scope at this point. ill get it when i have sleeves and forged internals.
