I cant download this file it asks me to open with another program......
what am i supposed to do.....when i log in xenon it doesnt allow me to download at all

genuine jdm crx, stock b16a with PW0, dsm 450cc, T3/T04e 60trim, 0.63a/r hot, 0.60a/r cold, large IC, street tuned to 13psi on stock map sensor and 255lph pump, soft timing, 94octane, runs well.

Thats what it does say but when i open it with something like notepad or microsoft word its just a bunch of ---- like this
