Well...for most of what you are asking about, everyone of us that have learned by reading and trying. I hope you really dont expect to be spoon fed that much.

To get it on your PC just download it from www.turboedit.org and install it. Pretty easy.

Start playing! It's the best way to learn...

alright, got the program , all I see is a black snail lol

Download the BIN files and open them in the program.

Think like this:

TurboEdit = Microsoft Word

BIN Files = Word DOCs

Open BIN files in TurboEdit and...duh...edit them. Just as you would open Word DOCs in Microsoft Word and...duh...edit them.

Very simple really.

what bins am I uploading?

You mean like someone else basemaps, then you play around with them... oh... I thought this would create a base from scratch going from your setup

WOT dude.. Chill out... I just started TE today and i have like 3 or 4 diffrent basemaps..
Its very very easy to make basemaps.. Just read xenocrons tutorials...
