Default before boosting

I plan to turbo my before the 7th, but I want to save time doing it, so I want to know if I can hook up the vafc, 450cc's and 255lph, and drive normal before I put the turbo on?

do the fuel pump and afc but i would hold off on the injectors. they only take a few minutes to install if you already have the seals modified.

Uhm, actually, if you want to install the injectors, you can. It's not a big deal.

You'll just end up setting your MAP sensor cut straight across the board. Like, say your A/F gauge (which you need better have also! ) says you're stoich., set it for the low and high map.

A starting point would be -38%..

Your CEL may be related to the AFC install, as a 450cc injector install will not throw a code provided all injectors are functioning properly.

Check your wiring, and make sure that you have the correct settings in the AFC. Again, set your base at -38% across narrow and wide band.
