All gains in power in a NA setup are from promoting flow, and keeping the AFRs from leaning out to the point you aren't combusting all the air, and adjusting cam gears. Since you have stock ----, newsflash: your cam gears are within 1-3 whp of where they should be, you want to drop $$$ on dyno time to bring that out? Because you aren't bringing NA power out on the street.

Stock or built to the gills, an 81mm NA B-series will make best power at 30-32 degrees final timing. Which the stock ECU gives you out of the box. The stock ECU also supplies enough fuel for a stock B16 with riceboy crap bolted to it. Sounds like your stock ECU is the winner.

Quoted to mock you for your complete lack of knowledge.

B16 ports and 92+ LS "big port" heads are pretty close port-wise. The fuckage is the 31 vs 33mm intake valves, and *the stock LS cam*. Now, stock ITR with bolt ons and a tune lays 160-165 whp on my dyno whereas an LS with B16 pistons (maybe .5 CR more compression) and 403 cams (lesser cam than stock ITR) and equivalent bolt-ons makes 170-173 whp, with the LS having 20-something wtq more in the midrange. The same LS setup with 404s are known to kiss 200 whp.

The marginally smaller but still wonderfully-flowing LS heads have a lot better port velocity if you want both peak power and a lot more midrange in a sub-200 whp car, and they do it for a lot cheaper than VTEC anything.

took long enough for that blatant LS slam to get you to reply

Thanks Joe...Just trying to figure out what to do..But dont want to spend a whole bunch of money if I dont have to...The LS motor will be put in another car that I find probally around the 1st of the year...Im just trying to get a little more out of the Si...

It's a 2750+ lb vehicle with a 1.6 liter that makes less torque to the wheels than the stock camshaft D16 in my beater. Your little more was the turbo kit, and you are selling it. ???

Repeat after me: cams, compression, flow. You induced a lot of the latter two with a turbo, what are you going to do to affect one or more of these three now that it's coming off?

But I think the rexer wants to get extra cash by selling his turbo kit so he can buy a 95 hatch, dump some money into that and boost it. If it was upto me, I'd rather have one extra clean 00' boosted Si running excelent. Then an na Si and an na 95'd16 hatch that probably needs some work. Going back to na is like having your girlfriend/wife remove her full silicone implants and go back to a b cup. Just doesn't make sence son. ;D

Yeah you are exactly right...I sold the kit for $900 dollars....I already have a low mileage ls motor...Im gonna buy a 92-95 hatch or Coupe...its been two days since I sold the kit and man the car just falls on its face pretty bad..But It looks good....I will just deal with it until I put together the new car.
