yeah, it's the same as the S-AFC "1", just with afew more options. Mainly 12 rpm points instead of 8, 2 data sets(settings) you can switch between, knock sensor monitor and a password lockout feature.

Hmm so what's the price differene between safc 1 and safc 2? Is the second one worth it because of the 12 rpm points and the knock sensor monitor?

i dont have one but might buy one for my maxima if i go turbo on it ... i like it because 12points to change, knock and most important 2 saved settings. its good to have one for race gas and one for pump instead of having to redo all the settings every time

Oh okay I think I understand what you mean by saving 2 settings now. For example I can tune it for 5 psi and 15 psi and save both fuel settings so I wouldn't have to type the settings in by hand? Sounds like with all the new features I will be going with the safc 2.

I should be boosted sometime this summer so hopefully I will get a good grasp of fuel management and tuning because that's the only thing I don't understand well enough yet, but I am learning. Would you say the afc would be easy to use for somebody without turbo or tuning experiance.
