which part have you not figured out yet? seting it up or burning the actual chip? you can go to their website and download instructions pretty easily. you have an epromer5 right? this website has a download place right in the middle for instructions. http://ustr.net/ take a little time and read up on it and it should be fairly easy. to burn a program, go to the upper left corner and select file, and then open code. go to where you have the ghettodyne boost file stored, and open it. then burn it on your chip. i'll try to help but im' in the middle of moving so it may not be instantanious.

I'm not using Ghettodyne. Hell, I don't even know what I'm using. I know how to actually burn the chip and all that crazy stuff(I think). I just don't understand what I'm looking at. All those numbers and everything, what do they mean? Which ones do I need to change to make what do what? I'm hopeless. I should have went to college.

I had no idea how many different things you could do with these things. I thought it was just an automotive ecu chip burner. I have a P06(Honda :P) ecu and I am trying to figure out how to change the fuel maps, change the rev limit, launch control, timing retard. Sorry for the lack of knowledge in the electronics department.

ok.. you need to spend some time on the pgmfi forum.. There are locations that are for the fuel and timing.. Obviously.. If you scroll down the numbers.. you will hit an area that looks like a feul map.. real uniform colors and values.. Then you need to go to pgmfi to figure out what to change. Why not just use ghetto dyne and make it easy on yourself?

I would love to, but they don't have it for OBD1.
I'll take a look at that site. I didn't see any color maps on this thing. It was just a huge gigantic list of numbers.

OMG man. I think I'm going back to my hillbilly AFC hack. Those people at that site speak a different language. I clicked on every topic and couldn't follow anything. The only part of the site that might have helped me was the empty part where one guy was trying to start something helpful, but nobody was following. I didn't want to post and ask a question because I probably wouldn't understand the answer. Thanks for the help guys. I do appreciate it. I guess I'm more into the turning wrenches aspect of it. :P

Well joseph understands it. I forget what he had open that he was showing me the colors.. it might have been another program. Send him an email and maybe he can help you out. Your probably going to have a hard time making your chip read boost though.. the uberdata is pretty cheap..
