the easiest way to get a turbo car is to buy one, but if you want to buy a non turbo car and make it turbo cheap i would say any single cam multi port injected honda. with an hf manifold and a cheap used turbo you could have a turbo car pretty cheap. the ecu's that come in those cars are chipable as long as you stay older than obd2.

There is no one solution fits all ECU Chip for a bolt on turbo kit.

Tuning is the only way...nuff said.
