For the love of processed cheese ..... read the FAQs. I found TWO different links to hooking up an A/F ratio gauge.

well, im still out of luck. i tapped into the white wire on my 02 sensor. air fuel gauge just kinda sits there, it wont even light up, so im thinking maybe the power wasnt done right or the ground for that matter, so thats where i am so far. this kid who did it said he knew what he was doing, but that was totally not the case. ill work on it tomorrow when its light outside. bleh.

Here's the deal:
Green to - o2 sensor
White to- lighting source (i.e. headlights)
Red to - power
Black to - Ground

As dumb as it sounds the placement of the tap is significant. After the clip for your O2 sensor is where you tap, I believe. This allows it to read the computers reading. You have to warm up your o2 sensor for it to work. When you first start the car, it will just sit there. Drive around a bit, and see if it doesn't respond. Hope I helped something.

that kinda helps. im gonna run my wire to the ecu actually, it seems that more people are doing that. i dont have all the wires you listed though, it goes like this.

Violet - this will go to the ecu
Red - Power
Black - Ground

Ill figure it out. Thanks for everyone who responded with some ideas.
