I have basically same setup as you.. DSM t25, 8lbs 450 injectors, d16z6.
Heres what I did.

Custom Eprom Chip from http://phearable.net/usdmchipkit.html $35
(includes ecu chipping kit) -- And by custom, i mean.. You tell them your setup, and they burn you a chip.

Chipped ECU: $0
HOW TO: http://eastcoastchopstix.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=467
Do it yourself, you'll be amazed at how easy it is. (and if you havn't sodered before, ask questions. (its easy too)

Total Cost... $35
Thats it?, yes thats It?

Sell your AFC, as im sure that will get you the $35 for ecu chipping.
And if you wanna go ahead and chip for datalogging, buy this: $1 http://www.moates.net/cn2-latching-header-p-123.html
(and later you can buy the $30 datalogging cable
http://www.moates.net/hondalog-p-79.html) (software is free)

Right now finally found a guy that also are from Tijuana and post here on HMT. He are going to help me to tune with AFC because he owns a wideband and also use dataloggin.

This guy knows a lot about turbo stuff and owns one PO BOX direction on US and buy stuff on internet, so, for now i go for AFC, but for shure im going to buy that chip from pheareable.net, buy dataloggin and do what you said.

u can also still tune it with a wideband.. and datalogging, then get someone with a burner ($80 moates.net if you want your own.) burn you a chip from the data you logged. It would get you more accurate than your basemap.
