afc died, can I chip p28 and program it for boost?

i need info quick I'm leaving town soon and I'll be gone for a week. I would like the ---- to be waiting on me when I get back. I have a fields afc and it died. can I chip a p28 for boost with editor for cheap(less than one hundred bucks).

Yes. Use Uberdata, and 450cc inhectors. (There is a "sticky" thread on using Uberdata)
