as far as I know it doesn't work, renr probably knows more about it. I'd assume a 3 bar sensor would trick a AFC (like the AFC does the ECU) into thinking it's readig one thing when it really is reading another.
If the voltage (shown as 10 arbitrary points on the voltage scale) looked like this (a) the two map sensors (b) stock (c) 3bar would look like this (in psi) in relation to the voltage (I think) so it'd ---- everything all up.

Basically the stock sensor uses the same space (in voltage) to comunicate less then a bar as the 3 bar sensor does to communicate 3 bar.

when i tried it i changed the sensor input to 14 and left the out setting at 06. then had all the fuel at set to zero. it actually ran pretty good until i installed the turbo. i got a cel at anything past 6psi and it bogged when vtec hit under boost. i just gave up messing with it because it was fustrating. you can try to lean it out at 4000rpm+ to about -7 or -8 to prevent the code but then youll be cutting your fuel too much. try it maybe youll have better luck. oh this was using 450cc injectors too.
