Default 390cc injectors

Would 390cc injectors work with a v-afc hack.Im wondering becouse most the settings Ive seen posted for the 450s are for minus 38-40%.So that means that the injectors are pushing about 410cc or so.Annyboady running 390 cc from an automatic DSM turbo. It seems some people are having trouble with there 450s still running too rich.Im only going to be boosting 6-7 pounds in my Z6(no really!).I have a fields v-afc i want to use as a hack but it only does +/-30%.WADDAYA THINK?

I have 390's and am having that exact problem. no one uses them on here so i cant compare SAFC settings. I am just going to buy some 450's when i get round to it....
390s should be ok u just put it to like -20% across the board. I just got ---- loads of smoke when i started mine.

Ok bois, the 390cc will work fine.. the reason people use 450cc is that they are readily available.

Let this concept marinate in your mind for a bit.. Personally, I use 450ccs, and at idle, I lean to -38%. OK, you're flowing 60cc less than I am per pusle of your injector, which is 13% difference. This means, to get the the SAME amount of fuel, you would have to scale your MAP signal LESS than I do (to put you at a richer part of your fuel map).

What's this mean? That instead of -38%, we add 13% (to compensate for the difference) and you get -25% for idle..

So, what have we learned here? 450cc injector flow 13% more fuel pur pulse than 390cc, so you ADD 13% to 450cc settings, and that should set you right for 390cc injectors... got it?
