2.5bar motorola map problems
I had just converted from my stock map to my 2.5motorola on my turbo singlecam and Freelog is telling me that the map is reading 13.2in lb of vac with the car off and ign on. its wired right also because it reads change in vac but it goes to 13.2 when reading atmospere. Anyone ever get this same situation or is it just a bad map? just pulled it outta the bag it came from xenocron so i didnt think that was the issue.... any way i can offset that with the right amout of resistance? thnx guys
I also scaled everything on crome for the 2.5motorola and setup VE base tables. |

Re: 2.5bar motorola map problems
my 2.5 bar just ---- the bed. all the connections where it goes into the actual sensor corroded and broke off flush. its the little tiny one so theres no fixing it.

Re: 2.5bar motorola map problems
Alright heres what i've come up with. I've got 4.7v on White, .019v on Grn/w and 5.05v on Yel/r with Ign on and Eng off, sensor not pluged in.

Re: 2.5bar motorola map problems
Sounds wired wrong, like you did your test wrong, or the sensor is bad.

Re: 2.5bar motorola map problems
Pin 1 or notch goes to V-out or Wht, pin 2 goes to GND or Grn/Wht Pin 3 goes to +5v or Yel/red. Does this sound like the right wiring or am I mistaken? :8 O0 :8 :y

I have messed up and miswired the 2.5 moto map and started my car. it runs like ---- now. I have it right now but the car wont run, does anybody know if having the connector backwards can fry the sensor?
