LS/B16 Output Shaft? the same or diff?

Default LS/B16 Output Shaft? the same or diff?

I have a 91 LS cable trans in the ole hatchie...i got 1 1/2 jdm b16 cable non lsd trans on my floor...i wanna swap out my transmissions cause the LS trans is scratchin gears...do i have to get a clutch made for the b16 or can i use the LS clutch?

come on people....i heard that since my ls trans is cable and since my b16 trans is cable it wont make a difference....let me know people

actually no, it won't work, the splines on the 91's were different than the 92+

dont think u understood the question in full...but its all good man..thanks for the input...i found out they are the same...my b16 trans have 24 splines and i called up the auto store and they said my 91 LS trans has 24 splines...so thanks for your time ppl
