The older Saturns had a 5 bolt manifold, the Mitsubishi Eclipse manifold would work on those but I don't think it will fit you head, eather way you had to lose AC. You can cut your pre cat off your stock manifold and weld on an adapter flange, I have done that and was able to keep the AC.
I have Flanges for the 2.2 ecotec if that is what it is.

No it's not the ecotec, they didnt start using those untill 2002 or 2003, it's the Saturn 1.9, very similar to the Honda ZC. Just use the factory manifold and cut the pre cat off and have an adapter plate welded on. The best turbo to use is the Tbird unit .48 AR exhaust .60 AR compressor.

1.9 dohc 124hp 122lb ft. speaking of tbird turbos i picked one up today off my boss's roomate. $100, minimal shaft play side to side, none front to back. had to take the sucker off the tbird to believe the thing was in okay shape. the guy that sold it to me had no idea what kind it was or nothing. oh for that $100 also took the stock downpipe so i could have the exhaust outlet flange. hehe good deal IMO.
