tools that you need to have
i need help its for my christmas list i just own the usual socket wrenches and what nots to get the basic stuff done. im talking about power what power tools for the more complicating stuff.

I depends on what you're doing. Obviously, you need a basic mechanics tool kit, but I think the biggest thing I would recommend is an air compressor and a good twin hammer impact gun. I just did the brakes on my Acura TL and ended up breaking a 1/2" breaker bar trying to get the axle nut off. I got an earthquake 1/2" impact gun at harbor freight and had it off in about 4 seconds. Knowing if you're going to use air tools in advance is important, because you can start off with impact sockets and use them manually until you have air tools. That will save quite a bit of $$.
