they have all the min/id numbers on record. Try to contact them and tell them the truth, otherwise you're gonna get fucked with two phone bills.

Kind of. my friend bought the MDA when her sidekick died, she sends about 2-3k text messages a month. When she switched phones they forgot to put unlimited text on with the internet plan so she had a bill that was over 1k dollars and they've shut her phone off and ---- and they're being dicks about crediting it.

Really? TMobile has always been awesome to me. I just got them back not too long ago...When I had them about 5 years ago when they just bought out voicestream they were even better. used to credit my acct every time i called regardless wut the reason was. Also in my experience they have always been native english speakers

Hey man, it's ------- simple.

Call them and tell them you placed an order online, the confirmation page didn't show, you called and they said it didn't go through so you placed another, and you received two confirmations.

You'll get your money back in 2-3 days unless they ship the phone, then you may have to wait until it's returned.

Ok it sounded simple but I bet you'll be transferred at least twice.

i had a 700 dollar bill with cingular. apparently, my phone was online for a month straight while it was lost in my house with a dead battery. i called them and asked wtf was going on. they said if i did not pay the bill. i said ---- you, and jumped on ym moms plan with sprint. 30 bux a month with unlimited all, only cause she works in a hospital and the hospital foots a large part of the bill since she uses hers as a work phone
