Re:those against domestics...
i rided out my cavy?? how? do you know what the word rice refers to? it means japanese car. my car is american made (in MI as a matter of fact) by an american company. you say its riced out cuz it has a kit, flashy paint, and a wing... that makes no sense... u dont like a kit and wing or nice paint, then i guess u hate this whole sport compact scene then. u can hate all you want, but i still love my cav. im american, i drive an american car, im proud. it has a kit and wing as do 99.9999% of cars in the sports compact scene. but cuz its domestic, its riced out? learn what the word means before you go throwing it around. i dont put type r stickers on my car if its not. i dont put n.o.s. stickers on if i dont have nitrous. i dont say i run 11's if i dont. i dont thing an aluminum wing adds 20 horse. what i do know is my car is nto rice cuz its got a kit and its a domestic

Re:those against domestics...
Imports get NO respect at the track so we usually don't give any back. I didn't get any respect from any domestic cars until my Integra was in the 12's.
Drive whatever the ---- you want and don't worry about what people say. If you really want people to respect our car, get a fast timeslip. This is the only way.
Import drivers just like to talk ---- on domestics becuase they fall apart after 50,000 miles when you can get a Honda with 300,000 and its "just breaking in and ready for boost"

Re:those against domestics...
let me rephrase...no all import drives...just the majority. and also. its not that i really care what people think of my car, its that im curious as to why they think what they do simply based on its makers origin.

Re:those against domestics...
woa son, calm the ---- down there. There are maybe 3 cars I've seen my entire life that had anything "showy" on them that I would not call riced out. To me, that wing is rice, that paint job is rice. There isn't a standard definition for rice, so everyone has their own. Type R stickers on non type r cars is what I call "gay" one windshield wiper half way up the windshield is "gay" what you might simply call rice I call gay, what you would simply call nice I call rice. If it's not for speed then I don't give a ----.
And yes I'm a big damn hipocrit, I have some stickers on my car, but I don't think they make it faster.

Re:those against domestics...
look guys...my intentions arent to make this into a big argument...alls i want to do is find out why a domestic gets hated on and why those who hate hate...cuz to me and everyother demoestic driver out there as well as a some import drivers, their resons make no sense at all.... does it really matter if its a honda or a chevy or a mitsu or a pontiac?
