Theft Recovery
Are thert recovery cars worth buying. I can get a really good deal on a 240sx, but it was recoved in 1998. I really like 240's, but do not want to through my money away on a car that I can not resale for anything. Need advice.

Re: Theft Recovery
Will there be a resale problem later. The title say's nothing about being a theft recovery. It looks like it was clean by way of Hawaii. Someone registered it there and they do not do salvage or recovery titles.
By the way the person I am getting it from is taken a car I do not want off my hand and given me $1,200 cash. The 240sx needs some brake work before I can drive it hard.

Re: Theft Recovery
I just wanted to see what some thought on the outside of the deal. I thought it was shady aswell, so I am getting it in writeing from the dealer that there is no major problems. That way I have ground to take him to court if something f-up happens.
