Default t25 adapter plate help

I bought an adapter plate for a t25 to hf manifold from ebay with the sunk allen screws like the one jeff made. The problem is that the hf gasket sits right on top of the countersunk allen head screws. This causes exhaust leaks and loss in pressure. Was wondering if anyone knows who makes a better design with the screws welded on the plate or if anyone is willing to make one I will buy it.
Thanks

Hey, do you have any pictures? I make my first plate today for my T3. Well, second one today, the first didn't make it because I broke the tread tap trying to tread the sucker. Wasted 8.00 on the tap. It turned out good for second tried, still have to port and sand the plate. I'm hoping my plate won't crack or leak down the line.

Jeff, the one in the middle on the first pic is the one I have and it leaks exhahust gases where the gasket sits atop the countersunk screws. Is there a better design?

Ya, its my older style, that you have to drill the holes out on the turbo, and use nuts on the other side.
