go and work out a payment plan with them...otherwise you're going to collections or court. they more than likely tried to contact you on more than one occasion. very surprised it went on that long. go talk to them calmly and honestly and they will try and work it out with you. if not ask for the area manager. as long as you all agree to certain terms and you stick to your end of the terms they will work with you, but you will need to make sure you do what you say you will do.

Yup, still nothing here either. He called to give me a tracking number, but its invalid. Either I wrote it wrong, he read it wrong, or its just not real. He said something about office shipping... but didn't quite understand the comment.
