Default First turbo project. Done. DA Teg. Back from the dead.

Ok so After a stupid oil leak, a blown compressor, and blown couplers, the Teg is done... For now.

This was a ghetto/budget build. Decided to take on a winter project.
My very first turbo setup, it did 90% on my own. All used parts, new ---- is over rated.
Thanks to all the help i got from HMT guys and g2ic.com turbo guide.

1990 Acura Integra GS w/blown motor $200
7lbs of boost
obd0-obd1 jumper $100
chipped p28 on chrome tuned. $280
b18b swap from HMO $2000
Turbonetics gen 3 t3 $175
Re-reinforce turbo XS mani w/heatwrap $100
HMT Ram $50
3" DP
Tial WG $50
Greddy type-s BOV $50

Ninja-Edit. I was gonna ask you wtf is so wrong with zip-ties, but then I looked at the pics. It looks like Helen Keller herself did them.

aside from that, they just melt off and the wrap would unravel.

What I find is really cool is if you go to a HF store if you have one. They have the same metal zipties that like DEI and places like that sell to hold the header wrap for a few bucks for a huge pack of them. Nice setup though.

and it cracked a lot, just the supports off though. the runners havent cracked yet. make sure you reweld a ---- load of new braces if the ones on there fall off, just to save it. so far mine has been behaving for the 5k i have on it.
