lol shane you might need to boost or spray to keep up with us, all that LS/Vtec lovin in your CRX might not cut it, 12.5:1 comrpession in all its glory muahahaha . Did you decide wether you were gonna go through with that swap or just run a boosted D? Youll def break into the 13s this year

Edit:Jake had better run at least low low 11s.

ya ya ya I know it's NA but I will still give you a run jay. If I sprayed I would beat your *** bad. So I will be nice and just probably install some ctr's and 13's are not a option this year 12s are a must. to me thats braging rights for a na with oem internals. Jake you suck enjoy your fast as hell car this summer.

WORD. 12s on a stock engine for teh turboaccord is a must. Bring slicks, not excuses.

You keep saying you picked a ridiculous compression ratio because it's a street car, then you say you're not going to run on pump gas. How does that make the car streetable?

I was kinda confused about this too. If you lower the CR and put a decent-sized BB turbo on there, say a GT2871R or similar, then you'll get an ***-ton of torque down low and not need to rev to 9,000 RPM.....

Of course...then you'll need to invest in an LSD and big-*** slicks because wheel spin will make you its bitch...

Good luck with this project, tho....The engine rebuild looks first-rate...

I went with 10:1 so that it wouldn't be laggy on the street. I'm not planning to run 20+psi on the street, especially since the tires would vaporize on street tires. I do plan on running about 15psi daily on the street, and again I went with 10:1 because the efficiency of it with boost just means I can run 15psi on the street and smoke alot of people instead of having to turn it up to 18psi to do the same thing. I view it all as efficiency... Your right Jay, this summer is gonna rock!
