Hey Jeff, do you have a pic of what you constructed for the charge pipes to go into that holley carb?? You can buy one of those hats (I think they call them hats) or build one, I just wanted to see the route you went.
If I had to guess what vehicle that is, I would say an '85ish chevy 1/2 ton short bed 2wd. judging by the 2 core radiator, no power brake booster, alternator placement, and cause I drive an '86 K-5 Blazer :P
Very clean looking truck I like what I saw under the hood.
Oh yeah, I've seen single turbo setups like that before where the driver side header pipe goes under the car to the turbo, using a diesel turbo too.. then again a way smaller turbo and using a much bigger motor. I doubt any v8 could push that big *** turbo all the way, it probably went on a 16 liter diesel motor that took it's sweet time spooling normally.
You guys were killin me on the bashin goin on.. funny stuff.
