Passing ODB2 Inspection

Default Passing ODB2 Inspection
Lets say you have an odb2 car that needs and inspection sticker and is running open DP, and sweet removal of everything emissions related. Is it harder to get a sticker than for odb1? is it even possible with all the plugging in and whatnot?

Not in CT. OBDII requires communication with the ecu. If it can't or you have codes you fail immediately here. Full exhaust and a cat is mandatory.
