14k is the max i'd pay for it really...
the ls1 got some major upgrades in 2001. but the 99s are still sweet.
what i like about the ss is the decals, name, and the factory options (which i believe you can still get on z28s, even when SS is an option :1)
most ppl dyno their stock ls1s between 290-330hp and around 330tq.

Maybe I will get it. The only thing I don't like is there's no room under the hood for anything and they are a pain in the *** to work on. I do like my Mustang so I don't know what to do.
