I dont have problems getting to sleep, I have trouble STAYING asleep. Sometimes I wake up 7-10 times during the course of the night, and it really starts to ---- with you after a while.
So yes, I dont mind being delirious or drooling on my pillow.
I dont have the physical fortitude to make it thru an entire day and fully function on less than 6 hours of sleep.

Yeah. You can only take that ---- for so long.
Used to knock me the ---- out.
I tried melatonin....
VIVID *** DREAMS. Everything that's on your mind projects into your sleep. EVERYTHING. I remember all my dreams, my brain makes it seem real (i can usually tell when i'm dreaming), things like gravity, stress and pain are real.....
It makes me drowsy though. Relaxed. When i wake up, i have trouble falling back to sleep. I'm going to keep trying the melatonin but write my thoughts down before i go to sleep so i'm not shooting them off while i'm asleep. ---- those dreams......
