I might have to try that long bolt trick just because it would be funny and my hood doesn't open without me reaching in there anyways. would that trick affect how easily the hood opens?

Just cut some vents in our hood and cover them with some mesh. Also run some pipe from the front to the turbo and you will be fine. Dont waste your money on the CF hood.

if u really want a cf hood get a oem style in order to prevent being classified as a rice boy.

lowering underhood temps is totally unessary. just make sure that

1) your cooling system is working properly
2) you intercooler is a decent size
3) your intake pipe is in a position where it can draw in cool air.

there are four little bombs going off repeatedly under your hood, there is no whay your gonna lower the temps signifigantly by slapping on a hood made by riceboys for riceboys.

......just paying looks alright...but why so much concern over underhood heat? were u over heating? what got u so worryed about this? personally i think u just wanted the damn hood

I'll have a write up on that homemade hood venting system using long bolts and washers by the end of the month, it will come righ after my write up on how not do an atf flush of the engine.
