And when they do start pulling out it'll be just like Veitnam Bahgdad will get over ran just like siagon and we'll be airlifting the remaining americans off the roof of the embassy.

Actually, i'm fairly convinced humanity will survive. Maybe only a very small proportion, but someone somewhere will live through the next natural disaster.
Supposedly we're overdue for every major disaster, from yellowstone park wiping out the continental US, to the earths magnetic field flipping orientation (seemingly coinciding with ice ages).
We are insignificant specks of dust to the universe, this makes it easy to have 2 standpoints, ---- it, we're insignificant, or. We're so insignificant, there's only one person looking out for number one. Nihilists choose the former, Narcissists the latter. I am more of a Narcissist clearly.

Through the entire hisory of this planet weather has never been consistant it's always changing.
If conditions are right for another ice age to start it really wouldn't hurt our survival as a species to badly. Iceage's take hundereds of years they form very slowly and and end very slowly. a human lifetime isn't long enough for anyone to notice that it's even happening. and during every Ice age in the past their were warm places on earth were humanity could thrive. were almost to the point were we could survive any conditions we would be faced with anyway.
this global warming is nothing to woryy about it's a bunch of media scare tactic nonsense. It's not something thats gonna end the world. We'll probably run out of oil before carbon monoxide gas would ruin or atmostphere anyway.
Isn't this a thread about terror in britain? Are the terrorists threatening global warming now.

we are talking about 1/2 of a degree, do you really think ice samples are going to be that accurate?? you have got to be kidding me. there is a reason the international commitee for global worming wont say 100% that we are the cause. they arent sure but want to scare us. if we stop using fossil fuel we have to rely on something else for power, i wonder who is going to profit from that........i bet its the people we are pumping money into this commitee for "research"

I actually watched a two hour discussion about this on cspan two weeks ago the general agreement was that global warming is something we need to study more and pay attention to but that it's not going to kill anybody.
All the scientists agreed that the people screaming danger are in some corparations pocket that will benift somehow.
