Thanks,
I had a write up section on using Urathane inserts on the old site, it will be on here soon. Basically we bought the Polyurathane insert kit, and used 3m Window Weld to seal them in. They work incredibly well. The motor is very stiff, and vibrates the hell out of the car... I'll find some pics..

IIRC, you also created your mounts without the inserts just using this window weld. I am based in the UK and cant find a 3M product by that name. Could you tell me what it physically is (eg Acrylic/polyurathane sealent etc etc)

Re:Engine mount inserts?
i used poly inserts on my civic with my zc, only the front and back ones. i got them for free. i didnt seal them in, just stuck em in place. makes the car rattle like a bitch, but it feels like a racecar. good stuff. im really glad i put them in. way better traction.

i bought a kit awhile and havent has the time to install em yet. I will have to do like one at a time right? unless i want to drop my motor~
So what difference will i notice with them in?

Re:Engine mount inserts?
The motor will not move as much, meaning youn wont get as much wheel hop. (thus better traction) since the mounts will sit a bit more solid, the whole chasis vibrates a bit more.

Re:Engine mount inserts?
I just sealed em with eurathane(no inserts, to ghetto)
and I noticed it was easier to change gears. There was no more clunking on acceleration or deceleration.
And last but not least... No more "Wheel Hop"... ---- that was annoying... not to mention emberassing.. and destructive to your tranny (broke the bell housing from having shitty mounts on an eclipse before, learn from your mistakes).....
